Refunds

We want the product to be fair and useful. This policy covers full report purchases during public beta.

When we will refund

  • The full report failed to generate after payment.
  • A major data source was unavailable and the report could not deliver the paid sections you reasonably expected.
  • Duplicate charges for the same Stripe checkout session.

Immediate digital access

By agreeing at checkout, you request immediate delivery of digital report access. Once access has started, statutory cancellation rights for digital content may not apply in the same way as for physical goods. We may still refund in the cases above.

How to request a refund

Email support@postnow.co.uk with your report link (or postcode), approximate purchase time, and what went wrong. We aim to respond within a few working days.
