Last updated: June 2026. These terms apply to the Postknow MVP website and digital reports.
The service
Postknow turns public UK property and area data into practical decision reports. Reports are for general information only — not legal, valuation, surveying, planning, financial or insurance advice.
Optional accounts
When we enable accounts, you may register and log in with an email address and password. Sign-in is provided by Supabase Auth. Your email is used for account access and password reset. If you add a display name or buying/renting preference, we store that in your profile. Saved property reports and saved area comparisons are planned for member accounts but are not available yet. Postknow does not store card or payment details. You can request account or profile data deletion via support@postnow.co.uk. You do not need an account to use core property and area reports.
Digital access & pricing
Full report access is sold as immediate digital access for 60 minutes per successful payment, tied to one saved report session. You must agree to immediate access before checkout. Promotional beta pricing may differ from list prices shown with a strikethrough on our pricing page.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape, bulk-query or misuse the service. Do not attempt to bypass payment or rate limits. Report links are private — treat them like a shared document link.
